II. Community Need/Rationale:
The old Loop Hwy Bridge over the Zigzag River was replaced with a pedestrian bridge when US26 was built in the 1950's. The area of the Loop Hwy between the pedestrian bridge and current US 26, in plat map 3 7E 4bd has never been landscaped. This activity would take steps to have simple landscaping to make the area more attractive and useable for the community

V. Summarize Activities and accomplishments to date.
The CPO has taken responsibility for the Oregon Trail monument across US 26 from the proposed park and now wishes to start planning for the Bridge Park
